Our Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
• A valid order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened pet food, treats, or supplements
• Custom or personalised items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Live animals

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team via email at support@petbasket.ae or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
